Health Systems Evidence

Health Systems Evidence, an initiative of the McMaster Health Forum, is a database of research material to support evidence-informed decision-making around health systems.

It is described as "The world's most comprehensive, free access point for evidence to support policy makers, stakeholders and researchers interested in how to strengthen or reform health systems or in how to get cost-effective programs, services and drugs to those who need them". The system guides users through specific categories of questions such as: How decisions about care are made [governance arrangements]; How care is paid for [financial arrangements].
